All jewellery is made to order by hand. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery within the UK, 2-3 within Europe and the USA and 2 – 4 everywhere else.
As all jewellery items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty, or there is a legitimate problem with the item. I want you to adore your jewellery, so I have made every effort to show the jewellery over various different shoots, to ensure you choose the best item to suit you. Once you place your order, I will be making your item especially for you by hand. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, do please get in touch at:
The plastic part of your jewellery comes with one of two finishes. Either your jewellery has a gloss effect sealant, or a matt effect sealant. The matt effect looks fantastic and super modern, but it is more prone to damage, wear and scuffs. Take extra special care with your matt jewellery and don’t let it get wet. Getting caught in light rain wont be a problem, but as a general rule of thumb, RJJ’s should not get wet! Gloss effect jewellery is better protected. Even heavy rain wont be a problem, but no showers or swimming pools and if possible, just stick to the RJJ rule of thumb!
I have added an extra layer of acrylic sealant to the Indian Costume jewellery components. They will eventually discolour over time, as they are not real gold, but keep them away from water + they will keep their colour for a long time to come.
About Ruby Jacks
TAIS MANTIS is the first jewellery collection by the innovative designer, Ruby Jack. Ruby’s work as a singer and composer has been the primary inspiration behind the collection. Each piece of jewellery has been cut from one of Ruby’s graphic scores (a form of abstract musical notation, represented as a painting). Whilst composing her solo album, Ruby created the paintings to aid her in the composition process.
