MADWAG was founded in Feb 2015 by Head Costumier Sarah Wags. After graduating top of the class in fashion & textiles, Sarah spent 4 years working in fashion houses in London building up a great knowledge of product design and construction. With a love for all things colourful and sparkly she soon realised that festival fashion and party wear was her calling and moved to Bristol where MADWAG was born.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Make sure you include a note explaining the reason for the return, and your order details, to enable a refund. The item must be returned at the customer’s expense, and in unworn, as-new condition. You may like to send by Recorded Delivery so that the package can be tracked. Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty, and only if the fault is not stated in the product description. The delivery charge is not refundable unless the item is faulty or you have mistakenly been sent the incorrect item (in this case, you will also be refunded the cost of sending the item back)
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving returned items, but may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
