Each House of Dharma order will have a Returns Form enclosed. The form must be filled out and sent back with your returns package. Fill in the Returns Form providing your Order Number and state the reason for your Return. Send your tagged and unworn items to:

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SENDING ALL RETURNED ITEMS VIA A REGISTERED MAILING SERVICE. HOUSE OF DHARMA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. All successfully returned items will be refunded by the original method of payment, minus any original shipping charges and import duties incurred by House of Dharma.
REFUND PROCESS TIME
Once your Return arrives within the warehouse, please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once the items are checked and your return has been successful.
All Sale Items purchased cannot be returned. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items.
If you have received a faulty item please email email@example.com with the details. Once we have received the faulty item we will reimburse for all postage costs incurred provided there is a postal receipt with the returned faulty item. We will replace the item or will fully refund you if the item is no longer in stock.
If you have received an item you did not order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details. Once we have received the incorrect item we will reimburse for all postage costs incurred provided there is a postal receipt with the returned incorrect item. We will replace the item with the correct one, or will fully refund you if the item is no longer in stock.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING MY RETURN?
Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items that are not faulty or incorrect. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit. We would therefore advise sending all packages fully tracked. We reserve the right to deduct any additional taxes and duties incurred due to incorrect international postage fees.
